Context

Entrodiag is a battery diagnostic system developed by Entroview. My engagement began with a technical audit of the product and its readiness for the next validation stages.

My contribution

  • Assess the equipment and translate audit findings into development priorities and technical decisions.
  • Bring in independent mechanical engineer Adrien Hervé and coordinate the interfaces between electronics and mechanical integration.
  • Support architecture decisions and prepare the next validation stages with the team.

What the work delivered

Development priorities structured with the team. The engagement continues with architecture, mechanical integration and preparation for validation.
