Your situation.
Your team needs electronics, firmware, mechanics and manufacturing to move together. I provide focused or ongoing technical support to clarify trade-offs, coordinate disciplines and prepare validation stages.
My contribution.
- Connect technical choices with use, assembly and manufacturing constraints.
- Structure priorities, responsibilities and discussions between contributors.
- Support technical and documentation preparation for validation within the agreed scope.
What you get.
A technical roadmap, documented trade-offs and preparation for the next stages appropriate to the product’s maturity.
To get started
Product status, current team, pending decisions, manufacturing constraints and deadlines. We agree on the engagement’s scope and cadence together.
From prototype to production
Decisions to make before manufacturing.
After seed or Series A funding, a demonstrator often needs to become a repeatable product. Established businesses and bootstrapped teams face the same decisions: the scope depends on product maturity, not funding.
Reliability & integration
A working bench setup does not establish how the integrated product behaves. Power, interfaces, firmware and mechanical integration need to be reviewed together.
EMC / CE preparation
Define test configurations, prepare documentation and coordinate electromagnetic compatibility testing with the relevant partners. Preparation is not certification.
Manufacturing & sourcing
Review the bill of materials, component alternatives and assembly constraints with the manufacturing partner before freezing the design.
Testability
Plan test access, programming and acceptance criteria: how will you distinguish a conforming board from a manufacturing defect?
Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for test (DFT) and validation: together we identify the open questions, their owners and the evidence needed for the next decision.
